Coaches can spin up a Google Meet room straight from the signup form, and students get an “Add to Google Calendar” button with the session time and meeting link right after booking.

A guidance panel with core principles, boundaries, safety steps and an example conversation now appears on the For coaches page and the Coach Dashboard.

Coaches and approvers can now sign in with Google or email to reach their dashboard and review queue. Existing /manage/<token> and /review/<token> links continue to work.

Saath is now served from saathindia.com and www.saathindia.com, with notify.saathindia.com handling booking notification emails.

Coaches receive an email when a student books one of their offered slots, with session details and a link to their management page.

Coaches who misplaced their private management link can retrieve it at /coaches by entering their email address.

Coaches can see the names and emails of students who booked their slots directly on their management page.

Once a student books a slot, it is removed from the public coach listing so no double bookings can happen.

The same name or email address can no longer be registered twice. Existing coaches are prompted to use their management link instead.

Coaches can optionally share coaching certifications, prior mentoring experience, or other relevant credentials on their profile.

New coaches are held in a review queue until an approver publishes them, keeping the directory trustworthy.

Each coach gets a unique /manage/<token> URL to update their availability and profile without creating a duplicate listing.

A public directory of volunteer coaches and a simple booking flow for free 30-minute 1:1 sessions with students.
